Candidates invited for personal interview will be reimbursed to and fro actual fare limited to Second class train fare from the starting station or mailing address whichever is nearer to the place of interview by the shortest route on production of proof of journey. |

Candidates employed in Govt./Semi Govt/PSU/Autonomous Body shall be required to apply through proper channel or produce “No objection Certificate” at the time of interview. However, in the event of difficulty, they may send the application directly and produce the relieving order from their organisation in the event of selection. |

For the purpose of calculating aggregate marks, all subjects appearing in the mark sheet of all semesters shall be considered. For a 10-point scale, equivalent marks shall be determined as per calculation shared by the University/ Institute or by multiplying the GPA by 10. In all other cases, GPA shall be converted to a 10 Point scale and then multiplied by 10. Proof of norms adopted by the University/ Institute to convert CGPA/OGPA/DGPA into percentage is to be submitted along with the Application Form. |
