The submission of application will be ONLINE only through our website
The candidates are required to fill the online application and the particulars of the fee, if applicable.
A non-refundable fee of Rs.200/- is to be paid online through SBI Collect through the link: https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm.
However, SC/ST and PWBD candidates are exempted from paying the processing fee, but will still be required to send their application form to the address mentioned below, in Point No.3.
Instructions for remittance of fee through State Bank Collect is shown below:

After remittance of Fee through SB Collect, please note down the SB Collect Reference No for filling the fee remittance details in the Online Application.
Printout of e-Receipt for State Bank Collect Payment also need to be taken and submitted along with the downloaded application form.

with requisite documents including SB Collect payment acknowledgment printout to be enclosed and photograph pasted are to be sent to the following address so as to reach on or before 21.09.2023 and from far flung areas by 28.09.2023.
BHEL will not be responsible for any postal loss / postal delay in receipt of application.

The envelop comprising the above documents should be super-scribed as "Application for the Post of Engineer (FTA-Civil) or Supervisor (FTA-Civil)" as the case may be.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED :
Self-certified copies of the following documents shall be submitted along with application.
Aadhar Card/ Class 10 Certificate / Passport for Date of Birth/ DOB certificate
Category Certificate i.e. SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) on Government prescribed format. OBC Certificate should not be more than one-year-old from the date of application to BHEL as per the format prescribed by Government of India and self-undertaking for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) status in the prescribed format, valid PWBD certificate, Discharge certificate in case of Ex-Servicemen if applicable.
Final Consolidate Mark Sheet in support of educational qualification (Wherever CGPA/OGPA/DGPA or Letter Grade in Degree/Diploma is awarded, Proof of norms adopted by the University/ Institute to convert CGPA/OGPA/DGPA into percentage is to be submitted along with the Application Form).
Certificate for Diploma (or) Graduation / Post Graduation
If claiming age relaxation as candidates from J&K, relevant certificate.
Candidates are required to produce duly stamped Medical certificate in relation to their disability from Govt. Hospital or Medical Board attached to Special Employment exchange for the Handicapped.
DOCUMENTS IN SUPPORT OF DURATION OF WORK EXPERIENCE:
Offer of Appointment
Joining letter issued by Employer
Relieving Letter issued by Employer
Experience / Service Certificate issued by Employer (Experience Certificates produced should clearly indicate date of joining and date of relieving from each organisation where worked).
Salary Certificate issued by Employer.
All the above documents shall be produced in original for verification at the time of interview. If any of the documents are not produced by the candidates at the time of interview for verification, then he or she will neither be allowed to appear for the interview nor any fare reimbursed to him/her.
